Elevate Impact was brought in as a partner to staff and deliver Boston Medical Center’s (BMC) workshops on Cultural Responsiveness. The curriculum and content was provided by BMC, and our team worked closely with BMC to ensure that our facilitators were well-versed in the curriculum and approach, to effectively deliver the workshops to nurses and other BMC staff. BMC requested a team of facilitators that represented diverse backgrounds and were able to work onsite, independently, navigating challenging conversations and the evolving needs of the project.
The Elevate Impact team played a critical role in the successful implementation of our Cultural Responsiveness workshops. The facilitators expertise was evident in their seamless delivery of content and ability to actively engage the audience. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Overall, they were true partners in this experience and we appreciate their support!
