Facilitating Cross-Sector Collaboration for Better Community Health
BME Strategies: Multi County Healthcare Alliance Program

BME Strategies
“Elevate Impact brought an exceptional level of expertise and care to our workshop for the Northern Bristol Public Health Alliance. Their ability to facilitate a meaningful, solutions-oriented conversation among cross-sector participants—including clinicians, administrative staff, and community partners—was exactly what we needed. We are often so caught up in the day-to-day of our work that we do not get a chance to have these meaningful discussions. The session offered both depth and practicality, especially around the topic of social determinants of health. Elevate Impact helped the group break down silos, build shared understanding, and generate real strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve community health outcomes.”

The Need
Elevate Impact was recommended through a professional referral to design and facilitate a tailored health equity workshop for the Northern Bristol Alliance and the Merrimack Valley Public Health Alliance. The session was developed in response to the growing need for public health leaders—particularly in smaller, rural municipalities—to build foundational competencies in equity-centered leadership, system-level decision-making, conflict resolution, and data-informed strategy.
This interactive session was designed to meet the unique realities of multi-town public health coalitions, providing participants with actionable frameworks, real-world examples, and facilitated discussions to strengthen cross-sector collaboration, build shared language, and support more equitable outcomes in public health policy and practice.
Our Impact
- Clarified how to use data for equitable decision-making.
- Built shared language around equity and leadership.
- Strengthened collaboration across town teams.
- Increased confidence in applying equity frameworks
