The Need
Elevate Impact was selected through a competitive bidding process to design and facilitate a customized in-person workshop for the Board of Directors and executive leadership team at Lawrence General Hospital. The engagement focused on equipping leaders with the tools and strategies to lead with equity, collaboration, and clarity amid organizational transformation. Following the success of the initial session—delivered to overwhelmingly positive participant feedback—we partnered with the hospital’s board director to develop a second workshop centered on change management. This session supported the hospital’s strategic leadership as it began the integration of two newly acquired safety-net hospitals, each serving distinct communities with unique challenges.
